The Common Evidence Model (CEM) is a structure for standardising evidence about drug-outcome relationship across disparate evidence sources.

The csv file available here contains the cem_unified table which contains data from the following sources, all of which have been updated up until December 2020.

- US Standard Product Labels (SPLICER)

- Clinical Trials (SHERLOCK)
