The VaccO web application are available at https://euadr.erasmusmc.nl/VaccO/. The VaccO ontology as used in the manuscript "Alignment of vaccine codes using the ADVANCE VaccO ontology" is available at https://github.com/benozol/vacco/releases/download/manuscript-b/vacco.owl.
Currently, the publicly available ontology and web applications do not incorporate information about European vaccine products, manufacturers and ingredients from the EMA Article 57 database, as we are waiting for authorization by EMA (scheduled for 2018Q2). All source code will then become available at https://github.com/mi-erasmusmc/vacco.
